First, it is important to understand that SHARK has a great deal of respect for good law enforcement personnel. Society could not get along without these dedicated men and women. Because of the importance of GOOD law enforcement, we find those who abuse their authority to be have an extremely corrosive effect on society. In this case, a Pennsylvania State Police Officer behaves in a most peculiar fashion. Is it shocking incompetence, or something far worse?

 

-ISSUE UPDATE -- 12/05/08, THE AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION (ACLU) WARNED THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE THAT THERE WOULD BE COURT ACTION IF THERE WERE FURTHER RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC EASEMENT. SHARK THANKS THE ACLU FOR ITS VERY SIGNIFICANT ASSISTANCE. WE PREDICT THAT THE STATE POLICE WILL NOW SUDDENLY "REMEMBER" WHERE THE PUBLIC EASEMENT HAS BEEN FOR ALL THE YEARS THERE HAVE BEEN PIGEON SHOOTS AND ACCOMPANYING PROTESTS AT THE STRAUSSTOWN KILLING CLUB.
