DEAR FRIENDS,
SHARK has filed a lawsuit against the Broxton Bridge Plantation relating to the shooting down of our drones during a pigeon shoot held on February 10, 2018.
One of the drones that was damaged. The rotor was blown off of it
During that shoot, SHARK legally flew our drones and recorded horrendous acts of animal cruelty, many of which were committed by children. You can see video of that on the following link:
Birds Tortured, Drones Shot in South Carolina Pigeon Shoot
Two of the children who tortured birds at Broxton Bridge
Three of our drones were shot that day by someone at the plantation. All suffered critical damages with one being a total loss. When law enforcement officers interviewed Gerhard Varn, the owner of Broxton Bridge, he acknowledged and admitted that an armed man was present in the wooded areas of the property and was ready to shoot the drones.

SHARK believes we are entitled to judgment against Broxton Bridge for actual and punitive damages in an amount to be proven at trial, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Please consider donating to SHARK to help us as we move forward. There is no other group that does what we do, and we cannot continue to be on the ground, where animals are being tortured and killed, without your help.
